Turning cooler midweek in Northland

Highs will be a little cooler Tuesday afternoon compared to Monday,with an even chillier day expected Wednesday.

We'll finish Tuesday afternoon with highs just above 70 degrees here in Duluth. There is a chance of a few showers and an occasional rumble with these showers throughout the day.

Tuesday night is looking chilly, with upper 40s by Wednesday morning. Highs may stay in the 60s along the shorelines Wednesday with much warmer temperatures not too far away.

As of now, the start of the holiday weekend is shaping up to be sunny, with highs in the 70s.
