Rain showers possible this weekend

Temperatures will be below average.

A cold front will make its way into our region Saturday, and in doing so it will likely be bringing rain showers, and possibly even a few thunderstorms into the region for Saturday, especially during the morning and early afternoon. This cold front will not be moving very quickly, and this will allow for additional rain showers to be possible in our region as we head into Saturday night and into Sunday.

In the meantime, temperatures will be below average this weekend with highs in the low to mid-70s on Saturday, and then to around 60 degrees Sunday afternoon.

Afterward, things will clear out as we head into the start of next week with temperatures returning back toward 80 degrees by Tuesday.
