Wednesday Night at the Races series continues July 31

The 2019 Wednesday Night at the Races series, sponsored by The Young Athletes Foundation and Grandma's Marathon, continues Wednesday, July 31, at Minnesota Duluth's Malosky Stadium.

The event is for all children ages 14 and under.

The series will go to the NBC Spartan Sports Complex on Aug. 14.

Registration is 5-5:50 p.m. each race night, and the races begin at 6 p.m.

All finishers receive a ribbon upon completion of their race. Prize drawings are held each week for all registered participants. All race participants at the Aug. 28 event will receive a YAF T-shirt.

Aug. 7 — Proctor High School

Aug. 14 — Superior High School’s NBC Spartan Sports Complex

Aug. 21 — Hermantown High School

Aug. 28 — Wade Stadium (followed by an end-of-the-season picnic)

Wheelchair division — 1/8 mile

4 & under — 1/8 mile

5 & 6 — 1/8 mile

7 & 8 — 1/4 mile

9 & 10 — 1/4 mile

11 & 12 — 1/2 mile

13 & 14 — 1/2 mile
