Military

Appreciation Night

The Nov. 23 men's hockey game between The College of St. Scholastica and the University of Wisconsin-Superior will be "Military Appreciation Night" at Mars Lakeview Arena.

All servicemen and women from the Twin Ports area, with a military ID, and their immediate family will be granted free admission to the game.

The Saints will be wearing special military themed jerseys which will be auctioned off with the proceeds going towards next year's game.

This game will also be used to kick off the "Featured Family Program," where one military family will be brought in for each home game to be honored between periods and come to the locker room after the game to meet the CSS team.

The family will also receive one of the military themed jerseys as well as an assortment of gifts from CSS sponsors.

The objective of this game and the featured family program is to reach out to the military community in order to both express our thanks as well as establish a long lasting relationship with this community.
