The Northwestern High School athletic department received two Heart O’ North Conference Sportsmanship awards for the 2018 springs sports season.
The Tigers’ boys golf team won the sportsmanship award all by itself, while while the boys track team shared the honor with the Barron Golden Bears.
The Tiger girls track team tied for third with the Cumberland Beavers.
Barron was crowned the overall sportsmanship winner. The Golden Bears were No. 1 in boys track and baseball, and second in boys golf, girls track and softball.
The Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs finished second overall and Spooner was third.
