Sherri Oldevak, a junior at UW-Superior, was named to the Wisconsin Women’s Intercollegiate Athletics Association all-conference basketball team. She scored at an average of 16.5 points per game and led the Yellowjackets in assists and steals. (1980)
Nemadji defeated Superior East 42-37 to take the title in the Superior Hoop League’s Seventh-Eighth Grade Tournament. Ken Fuller led Nemadji with 12 points and Brian Hudacek added 11. Cory Johnson led East with 18 points. (1984)
