Catcher Brian Midbon hit three singles and third baseman Randy Kolanczyk hammered a pair of doubles to lead the Superior Reds Junior American Legion team to a 9-1 win over Cloquet in a Head of the Lakes Baseball League game. The victory improved the Reds’ record to 11-3 overall and 7-1 in league play. (1982)
