SHS senior Lorena Lane was among seven recruits announced that will play soccer at St. Scholastica this fall.

Lane, a midfielder, will complete her senior season this spring with the Spartans.

She is a team captain, and during her junior year she was named the team’s Most Improved Player.

“Lorena is one of the hardest working girls I know, which is an excellent quality for an outside midfielder,” CSS coach Dave Reyelts said. “Lorena is extremely quick and athletic and will add a positive energy to our team.”
