Former Superior Spartans' Mike Sislo and Brett Olson will both start the 2014-15 season in the American Hockey League.
Sislo, along with 18 other players were sent to the Albany Devils by the New Jersey Devils, while Olson was among 12 players assigned to the San Antonio Rampage by the Florida Panthers.
Sislo had two shots on goal and two hits while playing 12 minutes in the Devils’ 4-0 preseason loss to Philadelphia on Thursday.

Olson had three shots, played 14:26 and won 75 percent of his face offs in a 2-1 shootout loss to Nashville on Saturday.
