The Superior High School girls hockey team got back into the win column with a 6-3 win over the Hudson Raiders Friday night at the Superior Ice Arena.
The Spartans (3-1-1) were coming off their first loss of the season Dec. 9 at Moose Lake Arena.
Emma Peterson and Sam Young led the Spartans with two goals and an assist apiece.

Jordyn Thompson and Addie Young also scored for Superior and Missy Walkowiak finished with 35 saves.
The Spartans, who held leads of 2-0 and 3-1, scored three unanswered goals in the third period, including Sam Young’s short-handed goal into an empty net with 48 seconds remaining.
Julia Pattee, Katie Meierotto and Molly Schuett scored goals and Cassie Schultz had 30 saves for Hudson.
The Spartans play at Proctor-Hermantown at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and at Hayward at 7 p.m. Thursday. Tuesday’s game is at the Proctor Hockey Arena.
