The Superior Reds lost to Antigo 7-3 on the opening day of the American Legion AA State Baseball Tournament Wednesday afternoon in River Falls.
In the first game of the tournament Menasha defeated Wisconsin Dells 7-0. The remaining two games, Seymour vs. Waterford and River Falls vs. Beaver Dam were rained out and will be played today at noon and 2:30 p.m., respectively.
The Reds were eliminated from the tournament with a 7-2 loss to River Falls Thursday night.

Antigo outhit Superior 11-4, led by Jediah Weix, who went 2-for-4 with two home runs - a solo shot in the second inning and a two-run homer in the seventh.
Alex Nagel was the winning pitcher, allowing two earned runs with five strikeouts.
Justin Reinkall suffered the loss for the Reds, allowing three earned runs with six strikeouts.
Josh Tomczak led Superior on offense, going 2-for-3 with an RBI. Sean O’Neill added a double and Matt Strum singled.
