Eau Claire Memorial got off to a great start and cruised to a 25-13, 25-13, 25-23 victory over Superior in high school volleyball Thursday night in Superior.
Destiny Hering had seven kills and two blocks, Emily Barker had eight set assists and Natalie Sigfrids added four blocks to lead the Spartans (0-3).
