Prep girls basketball: Tigers cruise past Cumberland

Northwestern improves to 4-1 with 27-point victory.

Tieryn Plasch scored 25 points and Brynn Erickson added 17 to lead Northwestern to a 70-43 victory over Cumberland in a Heart O'North Conference girls basketball game Friday, Dec. 18, in Maple.

Plasch hit five 3-pointers for the Tigers, who led 55-26 at halftime to improve to 4-1 on the season.

Allison Luoma contributed 11 points for Northwestern.
