The Northwood/Solon Springs football playoff game against Frederic at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13, in Minong, has been canceled, according to Evergreens coach Matt Hager.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Solon Springs went to a virtual learning model, so athletes couldn’t attend the game, Hager said.

“Unfortunately our season ended a little early,” Hager said.

The same teams met last week with the Evergreens prevailing 28-14 as senior running back Collin Krmpotich rushed 14 times for 117 yards and two touchdowns.

Northwood/Solon Springs finished the season 3-3 while Frederic finished 2-5.
