The Castle Guards (2-5, 1-5) were led by Sebastian Rosales with 10 points.

“It turned out to be a lot of traded possessions with a few baskets sprinkled in for the second half,” Eagles coach Marcus Besonen said. “Washburn was able to cut the lead to as close as five points but could never get over the hump.”
Solon Springs will travel to Prairie Farm Thursday, Feb. 11, then onto Birchwood Saturday, Feb. 13, to close out the season.
