The Twin Ports Walleye Association hosts its sixth annual walleye fishing tournament May 19-20 on the St. Louis River.
The tournament starts and culminates at Rice's Point public boat access located on Garfield Avenue under the Blatnik Bridge. The field of 60 boats with 120 anglers has already started to fill.
The tournament entry fee is $100/boat. Participants must be members of the TPWA. Membership information is available online at twinportswalleye.com.
This year's tournament headquarters is at Mr.D's Bar and Grill and Clyde Iron Event Center. The rules meeting will be held May 18 at Mr. D's Bar and Grill with the awards ceremony and banquet at Clyde Iron.
