Winds blew through Superior and temperatures climbed close to 60 degrees Tuesday, Oct. 13, as fishermen made the trek out to the mighty Brule River.
After a walk from the Red Gate lot, down a trail that was still clinging to the memory of fall's brilliant colors, the fishermen waded into the cool flowing water to wet their lines.
