Eddie Matsushima had a hat trick and Aussie Miller had three assists to lead UW-River Falls to a 4-1 victory over the University of Wisconsin-Superior men’s hockey team Thursday night at Wessman Arena.
The Falcons also got 24 stops from Zach Quinn to improve to 7-15-2 overall and 1-6 in the WIAC.
Ian Ecklund gave UWS a 1-0 lead 4:55 into the game.
Bruno Birzitis and Daniel Litchke assisted on Ecklund’s 15th goal and Cole Skinner finished with 23 saves.

UWS (9-13-2, 2-4-1) wraps up the regular season tonight (Friday) at UW-Eau Claire.
