College volleyball: Pryd powers Yellowjackets past Bethany Lutheran

Sophomore turns in another fine all-around performance for UWS.


Sophomore outside hitter Alexi Pryd had 15 kills, 14 digs and three blocks to lead Wisconsin-Superior to a 25-23, 25-19, 21-25, 25-17 UMAC victory over Bethany Lutheran Saturday in Mankato, Minnesota.

Megan Holz paced the offense with 30 set assists and Hailey Atwood and Cassy Teff added 14 digs apiece for the Yellowjackets (6-1 overall, 4-1 UMAC).

Alexis Morsching had 14 kills and Karlee Thiesse had 12 kills to lead Bethany Lutheran (1-4, 1-4).
