Although temperatures outside late Friday, Nov. 13, were more fitting for hockey than basketball, Superior High School freshman Keira Corbett was out working on ball handling and getting up jump shots at the new outdoor court at Central Park in Superior.

With classes switching to all virtual learning in Superior, the gyms aren't available for players to use, so Corbett found half of the court at Central Park not covered by snow and got out for some practice.

"It's not too bad if you keep moving around," laughed Corbett as she launched a three pointer in the chilly conditions.
