University of Wisconsin-Superior goaltender Melissa Kunzelman was named to the Women's All-Northern Collegiate Hockey Association team for the 2009-10 season.
Kunzelman, a senior from Brandon, Manitoba, was 11-7-2 this season with a 1.26 goals against average and a .942 save percentage. She also recorded six shutouts on the year.
Also for the Yellowjackets, Brittany Dunkel and Allie Pullar were honorable mention selections.
Dunkel, a senior defenseman from Warroad, Minn., has seven assists, while Pullar, a junior defenseman from Hibbing, Minn., has one goal and five assists for six points.
UWS is hosting UW-Stevens Point in the NCHA tournament this weekend at Wessman Arena. Game times are 7 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Saturday.
