After the Gordon Town Board reversed its decision and a protest petition was filed, the Douglas County Board delayed a final decision on a request to rezone property from residential to commercial in Gordon Heights.
Planned as a single-family residential area, people are worried the character of their neighborhood will change if a 4-acre commercial zone is approved.
