The Democrats, liberals and the media have been trying to convince us that the Russians are responsible for the election of President Donald Trump. An investigation, now in its second year, has shown absolutely no evidence of this. If this were true, I would think we should be thanking the Russians for their help in escaping a Hillary Clinton presidency.
If Trump had lost, millions of people would not have received thousands of dollars in bonuses and raises from their employers and large reductions in their taxes. Unemployment would not be at historically low levels and minority unemployment levels would still be in the double digits.
Energy costs would be much higher as a result of liberal opposition to domestic oil production and billions of dollars would be taken out of the American economy and sent to other countries as a result of the Global Warming Paris Accord.
With Clinton as president, other federal agencies, in addition to the IRS, FBI and Justice Department, would become weapons for targeting and harassing American citizens who disagreed with her administration. With Clinton as president, companies would continue to move their offices to other countries and American jobs would continue to be lost to these counties.
In addition, the country's economic growth would still be under 2 percent. Also, in a Clinton presidency, the U.S. State Department would have become a collection arm for the Clinton Foundation.
