Retraction due but warning still warranted

I need to retract some of my information given to the Telegram, published June 3, in regard to the geothermal system put in at our place. The company went from a D-minus before I wrote the Better Business Bureau.

I need to retract some of my information given to the Telegram, published June 3, in regard to the geothermal system put in at our place. The company went from a D-minus before I wrote the Better Business Bureau.

Then while we were getting things resolved from the cement dust this geothermal company made all over our basement, with the help of lawyers because this company refused to deal with it the proper way, we settled outside of the courtroom, not wanting this contractor on our property ever again, and in wishing and thinking the Better Business Bureau would rate them like they had been rated, a D-minus. Instead, they were rated an A-minus, prompting my retraction.

You will sleep better at night and end up with results you can live with if you check out references and don't go through the nightmare we have.

Make sure you get the name of your contractor's insurance company and check to make sure they have the proper insurance and are bonded.
