We have nobody to vote for in 2nd District for city council.
Incumbent Tom Bridge: Last year we were walking our puppy golden retriever on a leash and out from across the street came a full-grown German shepherd with no leash. We learned this came from Tom Bridge's residence. He and his wife stood there saying and doing nothing as this dog attacked our puppy. He later said, "it's not my dog it's my wife's." Never an apology. I called animal control and learned this German shepherd had recently attacked a smaller shitzu in the neighborhood and needed treatment. Today I saw Tom Bridge on the street knocking on doors. I asked him why I had not seen him at any of the rallies to save our working rights. He said he had to work. I said, "like the rest of us, rallies are at 7 a.m. and 5 p.m." He said, "I work harder than anybody else." Cross him off my list.
Marty Curtiss: He happened along our doorstep the other night. When I asked him about issues here in Superior he acted like he did not understand my questions. When I asked him about the state, he said: "I don't have time to think about the state." Marty Curtiss states on the literature he hands out he "will save you money." I did not get this impression. So as I said ... nobody deserving of a vote for City Council in District 2.
