The Douglas County Board has approved a tentative supervisory district plan. Comments can be submitted to Sue Sandvick, county clerk, at sue.sandvick@douglascountywi.org.

The proposed plan is viewable on the Douglas County website under the News tab and will be presented at a public hearing in November 2021.

A list of 2018 delinquent taxes has been published by the county treasurer’s office. This list can be viewed on the Douglas County website under the News tab.

There are several meetings on the calendar for next week:

The land and development meeting will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 3-5 p.m. in room 201 of the Government Center. Also on Tuesday, the county board will meet regarding the 2022 budget from 6-8 p.m. in room 201 of the Government Center.

The board of adjustment meets on Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 10 a.m. to noon in room 201 of the Government Center. Also on Wednesday, the Douglas County Timber Sale will take place from 6-8 p.m. at the Douglas County Forestry Headquarters, 9182 East Hughes Ave., in Solon Springs.

The public safety committee meets on Thursday, Oct. 28 from 4-6 p.m. in room 201 of the Government Center.
