DULUTH, Minn. - Patricia A. “Tricia” Fletcher, 78, Superior, Wis., died Saturday, Feb. 6, in Solvay Hospice House.

A celebration of life will be from noon to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at VIP in Superior. Masks are required.
