DULUTH, Minn. - Dianne Peterson-Ostby, 82, Superior, Wis., died Saturday, April 16, in St. Luke’s Hospital from respiratory failure.

A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at Our Redeemer’s Free Lutheran Church in Superior.
