DULUTH, Minn. - Debra K. “Pam” Nelson, 69, Superior, Wis., died Wednesday, Feb. 15, in St. Luke’s Hospital.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 25, at Downs Funeral Home in Superior. Gary Banker will officiate.
