SUPERIOR, Wis. - Dale M. Monsaas, 71, Superior, Wis., died Thursday, Dec. 9, in his home.

A celebration of life will be from 1-4 p.m., with military honors at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, July 3, at Dry Dock Bar & Grill in Duluth, Minn.
