Ferdinand ‘Fritz’ W. Abraham

Ferdinand ‘Fritz’ W. Abraham, 88, of Superior, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021, with his loving wife and family by his side. Fritz was born in Park Falls, WI on March 1, 1933, to William and Elvera Abraham.

He married his loving wife Betty (Arndt) on February 26, 1956, in Waukegan, Illinois. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather, and loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed and remembered for his loving patience.

Fritz served his country in the U.S. Army as a Wheel Vehicle Mechanic. He was a proud member of the VFW and American Legion.

Fritz is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Abraham; son, Gary (Julie) Abraham; grandchildren, Rochelle (Bob) and Nicholas; great-grandchildren, Amanda and Michyla; great-great grandchildren Bentley and Brylee; sisters, Bonnie (Bob) Hillmann and Marilyn (Skip) Hennings; and many nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Superior, WI, with Pastor David Erdman as officiant. Military Honors will be accorded by the Richard I. Bong American Legion Post 435 Honor Guard.
