Arthur “Buster” Eves, Jr.

Arthur C. “Buster” Eves, Jr., 86 of Superior, died Saturday, July 24, 2021 at his home, under hospice care.

He was born December 6, 1934 in Superior, son of Helen (McKay) and Arthur C. Eves, Sr.

Arthur proudly served his country with the Army National Guard.

On January 9, 1960 in Bennett, WI, Joan Rosseau and Arthur C. Eves, Jr., were united in marriage.

Buster worked at automotive parts stores and for many years worked in the parts department at Larson Chevrolet, Superior.

Some of his interests included golf, woodworking, gardening, solving jigsaw puzzles, and watching the Packers and Brewers.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and brother-in-law, Tom Ryan.

Survivors include his wife of over 61 years, Joan; daughter, Christie (Charles Walker) Henss, Woodbury, NJ; sisters, Betty Ryan, Stevens Point, WI, and Mary Helen Waller, Cloquet, MN; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10 until the 11 service, Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th Street, Superior.

Pallbearers will be Charles Walker, Jim Waller, Dan Tierney, Eric Waller,

Alan Dolsen and Dakota Williams.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Superior.
