Richard Miller Lundeen
Richard Lundeen, 79, of Roseville, Minnesota, passed away on July 23, 2019 at the Minneapolis VA with his family by his side. He was born on February 2, 1940 to Gustav and Elsie Miller Lundeen in Duluth, MN. His family moved from Duluth to Lake Nebagamon, Wisconsin where he attended Northwestern High School where he was active in FFA and 4-H Club. After graduation he entered the Navy and was in the submarine division. He married Judith (Pearson) on July 28, 1962 and they would have celebrated 57 years of marriage within days of his passing. He is survived by his wife Judith and sons Jeffery (Christine) and Michael (Aimee) Lundeen, along with his beloved grandchildren, Daniel, Alyssa, Jonathon and Kaitlyn Lundeen, along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Elsie Lundeen Hanson, Father Gustav Lundeen, Step-Father Guy Hanson and brother Guy (Kelly) Hanson. There with be a commemorative service on Saturday August 17th at the Lake Nebagamon Cemetery at 1:30 with the Honor Guard to follow. Following the ceremony, there will be a luncheon at the Maple Community Center to celebrate the life of Richard Lundeen.
