Boy Scout Troop 213 at Concordia Lutheran Church has been keeping active in the community. On March 12 the troop went to the University of Wisconsin-Superior to go swimming and challenge themselves on the rock wall.

Then on March 31 the troop participated in the Scouting Expo. All the Cub Scout packs get together at the Mariner Mall and race their pine wood derby cars they worked hard to make.

Meanwhile, while waiting for their cars to be raced they young scouts have a chance to see what Boy Scouts is all about. Each troop in the area has a chance to demonstrate the scouting spirit by setting up a display.

Troop 213 set up a display showing the differences between scouting in 1907 and scouting today. The troop also taught and played the traditional scouting game of cat and mouse.

Today the troop is hosting a spaghetti dinner at Concordia from 4 to 7 p.m. The cost is $6 for adults and $4 for kids.
