Baranzelli scored her 16th goal at 6:39 of the first period, and goalie Rikki Nespor made that hold up until the Pointers' Kellye Nelson netted the equalizer at 16:56 of the third period.

UWS now trails Stevens Point in the NCHA standings by three points. The Yellowjackets will play a two-game series against UW-Eau Claire Friday and Saturday and will then host Finlandia on Feb. 23 and 24 to close out the regular season.

The Pointers close out conference play with a pair of games against Lake Forest beginning Friday.
