Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College of Superior's 44th Annual Medallion Hunt begins Monday. The medallion will be hidden on public property within Superior city limits. The first person to successfully locate the medallion takes home a cash prize up to $500. The medallion hunt, a traditional part of WITC's annual Sno-Week Celebration, is free and open to the public.
WITC invites the public to follow the clues to explore Superior, and discover points of interest to WITC staff and students. Get a head start on the on the day's clues by visiting the WITC-Superior campus, 600 N. 21st St., where clues are posted at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Clues are also posted on air and online at 9:20 a.m. and 3:20 p.m. Tune into B105 & Mix108, or head to the WITC website, www.witc.edu/superior/medallion
The cash prize amount awarded starts at $500 for a WITC student and $250 for a non-student. The award decreases each day the medallion is not found.
