DE PERE, Wis. (AP) -- A De Pere man has been charged with his 11th drunken-driving offense.
According to a criminal complaint, 55-year-old Patrick Moore was driving a motorcycle about 3:40 p.m. Wednesday when he rear-ended a sport utility vehicle in De Pere.
Police say he fell off his motorcycle while talking to an officer, repeated himself and slurred his words.
The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports ( http://gbpg.net/JtIOdx ) the man said he drank two beers over lunch about an hour before the accident. Moore had cuts to his head and hand.
If convicted, he could face up to 12 years and six months in prison.

Moore's first OWI conviction was in 1989 and his last offense was in 2006. He had a valid driver's license when he was arrested.
