FRIDAY, SUPERIOR -- Dozens of science students at the University of Wisconsin-Superior present the results of research projects at the university's ninth annual Undergraduate Research Symposium from 8:50 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Barstow Hall, Room 108. EXHIBIT
TODAY, DULUTH -- Great Lakes Aquarium in Duluth unveiled a new exhibit today when Pica the magpie was officially introduced to the public. The black-billed magpie is part of the large Corvidae bird family, which includes the American crow, common raven and blue jay, among others.
