SATURDAY/MONDAY, DULUTH -- The Lake Superior Singles Fellowship, a non-denominational singles group in Superior, meets at 6:30 p.m. Saturday for game night at Jane's. Register by calling (218) 940-2248. The group plans a Memorial Day picnic at 1 p.m. Monday at Superior's Billings Park. Bring a dish to share. Grills are available. Plates, etc., are provided. In case of rain, meet at United Presbyterian Church in Superior for an indoor picnic. All area singles are invited.

JUNE, IRON RIVER -- The North Country Trail Association is offering two opportunities to enjoy the outdoors on June 2, in celebration of the 15th annual National Trails Day. An Iron River area hike begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Lake Ruth Trailhead, five miles south of Iron River on Bayfield County Highway A.

The Solon Springs area picnic and hike starts at noon at the St. Croix Lake Trailhead, four miles northeast of Solon Springs on Highway A. Join members of the North Country Trail Association for a picnic. Lunch is provided but a donation is suggested. For more information call (715) 378-4412.

JUNE, SUPERIOR -- The Douglas County Department of Health and Human Services will hold a presentation from 1-2 p.m. June 26 at the Superior/Douglas County Senior Center, 1527 Tower Ave., regarding men's health.
