MONDAY, LAKE NEBAGAMON -- The Jarvenpaa Finnish Singers perform at the public beach Monday night as part of the summer's free weekly Concerts at the Beach during July. In the event of inclement weather, the concert takes place in the auditorium.
JULY, SUPERIOR -- The Shack Pack returns to perform classic Sinatra tunes at the Shack Smokehouse & Grille July 19-21 and 26-28. The band is comprised of Randy Lee, Billy Barnard, Tom Chepokas, Jerry Siptroth, Steve Garrington and Cheri Tesarek and Peter Provost on vocals. Advance reservations are requested. The show room opens at 8 p.m. with the Thursday shows starting at 8:30 p.m., and 9 p.m for Friday and Saturday shows. For reservations call 392-DINE.
WEDNESDAY, SUPERIOR -- Classmates from the 1965 graduating class from the former Superior Central High School meet for a mini-reunion dinner at 6:30 p.m. in the Upper Deck Restaurant. All classmates, spouses and friends are welcome.

Anyone interested in golfing should be at the cabin around 9:30 a.m., otherwise the get-together starts at noon. AUG. 4, BRULE -- The Northwestern High School class of 1977 hosts its 30-year reunion Aug. 4 in Brule. Classmates gather at 6:30 p.m. in the Brule Town Hall, located one block north of Highway 2, for registration and class photo. A happy hour at 7 p.m. will be followed by an Italian dinner buffet available at $11 each person. Pay when you arrive. An after dinner outdoor social is planned at 8 p.m., with live music and dancing at 9 p.m. Spouses or significant others are welcome.
