The first official day of fall continues to feel rather summery with abundant sunshine, mid to upper 70s and light winds. The unseasonable warmth continues through Wednesday with another mark of summer; instability which could support thunderstorms. An isolated thunderstorm with potential for damaging winds and hail can't be ruled out Wednesday evening. More widespread showers and thunderstorms arrive overnight and move east Thursday morning. Stubborn clouds and east winds keep Thursday cool with highs in 50s and 60s, then we rebound into more 70s Friday.
