Monday: We're beginning the week with the drier air and breezy northwest winds left behind Sunday's cold front. A piece of energy will try to generate a spotty shower and an isolated thunderstorm in the afternoon. Thunderstorms are not expected to be severe. Highs reach for the mid and upper 70s under partly cloudy skies.
Tuesday: The chance for a spotty shower lingers Tuesday, particularly across the Arrowhead region. The overall pattern will be rather quiet and seasonable with comfortable dew points through much of the week ahead. Clear skies overnight will consistently allow lows to range from the mid-40s to mid-50s, then highs top off in the mid to upper 70s.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 77. N wind 2-8 mph.
