Superior High School seniors Dave Dalbec, a defenseman, and Taylor Olson, a forward, will represent Section 1 in the Senior Class Hockey Tournament this weekend in Waupun.
The tournament is the first step toward a possible spot on Team Wisconsin, which will play in the CCM Minnesota National Invitational Tournament, formerly known as the Chicago Showcase.
Section 1 opens play at 8 a.m. Saturday.
Other members of the Section 1 squad are: Neal Edge, Karl Anderson, Ben Novak, Cooper Maxwell and Garrett Jensen of River Falls; Nick Coltrain of Baldwin-Woodville; Derek Palm, Andrew Halama, Isaac Hoaglund and Adam Brahmstadt of Menomonie; Ryan Dau and Spencer Korum of Hudson; Mikal Urhammer of Somerset; and Tyler Montgomery and Dom Peterson of New Richmond.
