Two people have been charged in connection with last summer's drug-overdose death of a 22-year-old Eau Claire woman.
Ashley L. Stock, 21, 126 Princeton Drive, Elk Mound, and Craig A. Harp, 28, 1322 W. Maple Ave., Red Wing, Minn., are each charged in Eau Claire County Court with a felony count of first-degree reckless homicide. Stock is also charged with a misdemeanor count of bail jumping.
A $100,000 signature bond was set for Harp Wednesday at his initial appearance. But he remains in the Eau Claire County Jail on a probation hold.
Judge Michael Schumacher set a $100,000 cash bail for Stock Tuesday at her initial court appearance. She returns to court March 29 for a preliminary hearing.

Niccole L. Henning was found dead Aug. 9 at a Boardwalk Circle apartment.
An autopsy determined Henning died as the result of mixed-drug toxicity due to the ingestion of morphine and clonazepam.
Doctors said the morphine level found in Henning was within the reported lethal range for the drug while her clonazepam level was slightly above the usual therapeutic level.
Harp and Stock were with Henning the evening of Aug. 8.
Harp told police that, before Henning's death, he was delivering morphine pills to Stock for her personal use and to deliver to other people. He gave her two or three pills of morphine daily for her to use and additional pills to sell.
Harp said Henning was asking Stock for morphine pills when the three were together on Aug. 8.
Harp was arrested in Dunn County on Aug. 12 after he was found with 71 morphine pills in an unlabeled prescription bottle.
During an interview with police, Stock didn't deny that Henning received morphine from her on Aug. 8.

Stock admitted receiving morphine from Harp on multiple occasions last summer and distributing it to others.
If convicted of the reckless homicide charge, Stock and Harp could each be sentenced to up to 25 years in prison.
