MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee Police say they've arrested two students on felony charges after a lockdown at Riverside High School.

Police say the arrests stem from the discovery of homemade explosive devices placed around the school. Police say one of them actually exploded, but there were no injuries.

Police aren't elaborating about those devices, but Milwaukee schools spokeswoman Roseann St. Aubin said the devices were not hazardous and were made from bottles. School staff noticed that the bottles, which had been placed around the school, were foaming.

The all-clear was given and students were dismissed as scheduled at 2:40 p.m. Monday.
