The Port Town Trolley will provide service to the Bayfront Blues Fest at a special stop near the main gate on Fifth Avenue West -- as the Trolley normal routing on Harbor Drive will be closed to traffic today through Sunday.
The Trolley operates daily during summer months with service every 30 minutes between downtown Duluth, Canal Park and Bayfront Park from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
