MINOT, N.D. - Two men and a woman have been arrested after a pound of methamphetamine valued up to $45,000 was found in the Minot post office.
The Ward County Narcotics Task Force received information on Tuesday that Joseph Tuchscherer, 38, of Kenmare, was picking up a package from the post office which contained methamphetamine.
A U.S. Border Patrol canine was used to verify the package addressed to Tuchscherer contained meth, said Minot police..
At about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday a controlled delivery of the package was conducted and three suspects were arrested in the incident.

Also arrested were Seth Dorscher, 20, of Des Lacs, and Jessica Christenson, 24, of Minot.
All three face possible charges of criminal conspiracy to possession of meth with intent to deliver and also possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tuchscherer also had almost $3,000 cash with him, said Minot Police Capt. John Klug. He also said the Kenmare man had ties to Minot and Bismarck.
