Accounting students at Superior High School use ice cream to illustrate a cost of goods sold project in Donna Stubbe's class Tuesday, March 10. The students would measure out the weights of the ice cream and toppings, then would try to replicate the results over and over. They also had to come up with a sensible cost to the consumer.
