Because of the potential cold weather again tonight, Superior High School has canceled classes today and all contests tonight.
Events postponed include: Boys hockey game vs. Cloquet, girls hockey vs. Webster Coop, wrestling vs. Chetek and boys basketball at North Branch.
The boys basketball game at North Branch is rescheduled for Feb. 6. The C and junior varsity games are at 5:45 p.m. and the varsity game is at 7:15 p.m.
The boys hockey game with Cloquet at Wessman is rescheduled for Thursday, Jan. 22. The JV game is at 6 p.m. followed by the varsity game at 8 p.m.
Girls hockey will be made up at 7 p.m. Jan. 27 at Wessman Arena.

SHS Activities Director Ray Kosey is still working on make-up date for wrestling.
"As for optional practices today, I have had these coaches contact me," Kosey said. "All practices today are optional and students will not be penalized for missing and should only come in if they feel they can safely make it."
Optional practices today are:
Girl's basketball JV & V: noon to 2 p.m.
Girl's basketball C team 1:30 to 3 p.m.
Boys swim and dive 3 p.m.
JV dance 2:30 p.m.
Varsity dance 3:30 p.m.
