The Aging Resource Center for Douglas County has available 146 senior farmers' market vouchers as of June 25.
A senior applying for the vouchers must be a resident of Douglas County, 60 years of age or older, and must certify their household income as follows: for a one-person household, income must be below $18,889 a year, and for a two-person household, the income must be below $25,327 a year.
Anyone eligible under the above guidelines will receive $30 worth of vouchers to purchase locally grown produce at the farmers' market at Barker's Island or the market at the Winter Street Depot.
Sign-up for these vouchers will be at the Superior Senior Center, 1527 Tower Ave., beginning at 9 a.m. June 25.
